at Deva Loka & Tell Me a Story...
i had a busy weekend filled with a baby shower and birthdays, but i managed to squeeze in the opening for Yoshitaka Amano's Deva Loka show and Yoskay Yamamoto's Tell Me A Story installation at LeBasse Projects...

Amano's pieces are huge, lacquered, and glittery!

I was just in awe standing in Yamamoto's intallation. His colorful Yoskayfied rain makes me happy.

rain drops...
it's raining in SoCal, and i am inspired by the rain drops. sometimes the tiniest thing just makes my day. rain drops wash away all the dust that has been collecting and the days that follow are all crisp and new.
