lemon sugar cookies...

i successfully baked cookies! well almost. it's not a ccins baking adveture without burning a batch...it's like a cookie gradient, haha. these were for my sister's 24th birthday. She requested lemon cookies that were not too lemony. i looked up recipes online, and for the life of me could not figure out where to get some ingredients, so i cheated.

i bought a pack of sugar cookie mix, a box of lemon pudding mix, and did not follow the directions on the cookie mix. i added the pudding mix to the cookie mix, put one third less butter than suggested and added an overflowing teaspoon of lemon juice. otherwise i followed the directions and most of the cookies came out great!
