holiday notepaper 2009...

i was designing the sign up sheet for the holiday cookie and ornament exchange at work, then i decided to turn it into a holiday notepaper download for you! feel free to print for personal use...
the ornament exchange idea is fun and easy, maybe i'll post little design kit for it later.
